ABOUT ME
A holistic approach
Hi, I’m Suzelle Hortense. I’m a French-born, South London-based, Pilates instructor with a background in contemporary dance and a life-long passion for movement.
I have been teaching Pilates for over 14 years to a range of clients with different abilities, conditions, injuries, and fitness levels. Working with people with these differences has increased my knowledge and understanding of how to better tailor my teaching practice to individual needs.
